We are a diverse church, rooted in our local community.
We’re an Anglican Parish Church based a mile north of Sheffield city centre, part of the vibrant community of Pitsmoor. The area is hugely diverse and this is reflected in the life of Christ Church. We are a church of all ages and multiple cultures.
We have a wide range of ways that we express our Christian faith – but we work together to learn, grow and serve.
Sundays
We meet every Sunday, at 9:15am 10.30am and 7pm
Everyone is welcome: no matter how you identify, who you are, or where you are from.

The Community
At Christ Church Pitsmore, we believe community is built around shared time together. That’s why we run and host a wide variety of events, groups and meals, from regular weekly gatherings to one-off celebrations. That brings together people from all walks of life across our local area. Whether you’re looking for connection, support, a hot meal, or simply a friendly face, there’s something here for you.

We are a member of Welcome Churches. We want to give a warm welcome to anyone and everyone. Hospitality and community are a big part of who we are as a church. For a long time, we have welcomed refugees as part of our wider church community.

As a parish church, we are embedded in and committed to our local community. We gladly partner with other groups and organisations engaged in community building activities.
